“This country owes me everything!” says Dynasty "Dy” Davidson, who began organizing on May 28, 2020, in protest of the unjust and tragic death of Breonna Taylor. Since then, she’s worked on political campaigns (Charles Booker/Hood to the Holler and Andy Beshear 2023) and has sat on the Kentucky Alliance and DOVE Delegates Board of Directors’ Seeking to achieve collective justice, Dy teamed up with others in her community to form a grassroots organization, “Justice4Louisville”. She works with Louisville Urban League’s Policy team as a Community Organizer and is a Black Wellness Matters Project staff member certified in Mental Health First Aid. As election season draws nearer and nearer, reach out to Dy for any volunteer opportunities as she always knows where to find “the work”!!
